FloodStopper Control Panels
The control panels are the "brains" of the FloodStopper system. They utilize advanced microchip technology to receive and send information to stop a flood as well as to warn you in some models visually and audibly of any problem. When a sensor detects moisture from a water leak it sends out an electronic signal to the control panel which in turn alerts the system's valve to shut off the main water supply.When the problem is corrected, simply press the Reset button. Depending on the model, system status may be viewed on the LCD display or indicated by the LED.
The control panel may also optionally be connected to the structures monitored security alarm system. For areas where wiring is difficult, sensors may be connected to the Control Panel by using optional Remote Transmitters.

The Valve
When the FloodStopper System's Sensors detect a leak, they send a signal through the control panel to the Honeywell Valve, which immediately turns off the water supply to a particular area or the entire building. This leaves you with an easy clean up, instead of a costly repair bill and/or insurance deductible and claim.

The FloodStopper Sensors
The sensors are the system's detectives. They are connected directly to the control panel, which monitors the system. The sensors may be hard-wired during the building process, or retrofitted. They may also be remotely connected and placed at points of potential leaks. The sensors have been designed to blend in with any location in the home or commercial building.
